Thanks for that Zeel1, my vote is much more comfortable now. Also, Arrows, many have said I am frustratingly difficult to get any read on at all.

Just so this is all out in the open.

When Zeel said "purfect" for no reason on page 1, I assumed he was hinting at Catwoman.

I then assumed Destiny questioned him because he has a DC character himself, and that you took note of that for the same reason.

Then again, we know what assuming does. :(

If I was asked that question specifically yes. I obviously asked Zeel1 the questions I did for a reason.

I think I know the direction Arrows is leading us towards. I wasn't aware of my character before I read my Role PM.

Zeel hasn't confirmed he's Catwoman (Hasn't denied it either). If Destiny was part of the Batman crew, I could see why he'd question Zeel, as Catwoman is a shades of gray type character sometimes.

But while I was re-reading for this MQM I noticed Destiny's admission that he'd never heard of his character before. Which, to my mind means he probably isn't Batman/Robin/ etc.

I wonder why he bothered questioning and voting on Zeel of all people. What was it Zeel said or did that put Destiny on him?

Day 1

The crowd gathered and discussed their situation today. Many could not believe that both their beloved GET Guy and Iron Man were gone.

Some went so far as to make crazy threats to the invisible deities of the OVER 9000-verse, stating their desire to lynch them.

Mostly though, the people in Mafia-Ville pointed fingers at each other, with a number of people blamed for the current predicament. No consensus could be created by the crowd and eventually darkness fell over the town square. Frustrated, the crowd dissipated, with everyone moving back toward their rooms and make-shift homes, just hoping to make it through the night.

One person, however, was not allowed to go home. A man with a gun blocked this figure's path. "But I just want to go home!"

The man shook his head. "You're wanted for questioning."

"For what? I haven't done anything!"

The armed man jabbed the gun into the figure's stomach and motioned to the right. "That's what they all say." Defeated, the figure walked to the right and was soon introduced to a secure jail cell.

No lynch was achieved today.

Destiny has been arrested. He is in jail and currently is not allowed to speak in the thread.

Kinda disappointed Destiny was silenced.. coulda answered some questions at night (I know, big sacred no no) and he could of either been vigged (assuming we have one) had his answers been lacking or move on to someone else next day phase provided Destiny's story made sense.

If you are not going to be here at deadline why not vote now? Unless you have a reason, I for one would like to hear.

A) There were 12 votes on him already, which is more than enough if you just want him to talk.

B) Had I voted he was only 5 votes away from a lynch, say one more presumably good guy votes after me, then a 4-headed mafia could easily decide to speedlynch him.

C) There were 22 people that could still vote for him if he proved to be scum eventually, which should be more than enough for just 6 votes.

She moved with inhuman grace, nimbly bouncing from building to building. Upon arriving at her destination, she peaked inside: her target was sleeping. How convenient.

She slipped in through the window and looked around. That would do, she thought. She picked the object up.

Good grief it was heavy!

After a few stumbling steps, she accidently dropped the object. The owner sprung to his feet. "What was..."

And then he fell back onto the bed, snoring away.

The woman exhaled, then strained to pull the object up again. Moments later, she and the object had slipped out of the window.

The man sat and meditated on the situation. He thought that this universe would be good for him. This man lived for the fight and was happy to have new challenges.

Unfortunately for this champion, there were those here that did not follow his system of honor. He wouldn't even be given the chance to face his foe directly.

Instead, a mountain of a man crashed through the wall behind him, dropping bricks and pieces of the building's wooden frame onto the meditating man's unsuspecting back, pinning him to the ground. The attacker finished the job very matter of factly, slamming his foot into the back of Comradebot's head, crushing his face into the ground.

Moments later, another showed up on the scene... Too late. Oh well.

Another massive man was out and about tonight. He stomped along the streets, looking for someone with answers. Along the way, he bumped into a more normal sized man.

This person freaked out and started screaming in the other guy's face, while simultaneously jabbing his finger into the big guy's chest. "Are you ****ing kidding me? Is this some of kind of joke? Are you trying to get me killed or what?"

This brute didn't take kindly to the finger jabbing or the yelling in his face. With surprising speed, he grabbed the smaller person's finger and bent it backwards, forcing him to his knees.

Hmm, maybe this little punk has some answers, the big guy thought. Just as he was about to break an arm, a small figure sprung out of nowhere. The small figure yelled:

"SURPRISE!"

And then blew a party blower in the big guy's direction. The contraption made a typically annoying noise, as it unrolled under the force of the small figure's lungs. The end of the party blower stopped inches from the big guys face.

With a determined look, the small figure blew again, this time harder. The party blower suddenly expanded one more time, with the end of it turning into an inflated fist, which struck the large man directly in the nose.

Irritated, he flung the other guy to the side and reached for the smaller figure. Much to his dismay, the little goof was long gone. Then he turned around and looked for the jerk from earlier. He had scattered off too.

Just his luck.

Given the prevailing theory on Destiny, this gives me less faith in my initial theory on that whole scenario. However, there's two other factors. 1 - not entirely certain there is a cult, and B - my guess is a lot more happened last night than just what little was seen, so it's still a (less likely) possibility we just aren't privvy to it, ya know?

I think we should follow any solid direction that may pop up, but I'm interested in what Destiny has to offer in way of what was mentioned yesterday.

You figure a failed kill attempt or successful recruitment would at least be hinted at if either occurred. I don't know how the game is being modded, though.

It's hard to gauge the value of a lead when you don't know how the game is set up.

In every game I'm in, I always consider the possibility of a cult until it's been fully ruled out. I'm always worried that 2/3rds of the way through, we'll suddenly realize there's a cult and have no idea who to trust.

Everything suddenly turns into The Thing/Screamers and people start getting lynched randomly and nothing really good comes of it...

That hasn't, exactly, happened yet, but we've come close.

Either way, I'd like to quell the cult threat (assumedly via Destiny) as soon as possible, otherwise that's a looming shadow to hide in. I think we might be making too many jumps just yet. If Destiny comes up as a cult member, assuming we decide to lynch him and nothing comes up to discourage us, then we should look into who we might have blocked last night.

All and all, I think WC actually looks scummier considering Destiny is just a theory and WC's whole situation isn't even all that assuring even if he's telling the truth.
