Can not download demo

Iam unable to download demo. I have tried 2 x and both times i get the error message windows cannot download. I am using Windows Vista. Its not being blocked cause it goes through all the downloading steps but as soon as it starts to download data it stops.

When trying from two completely different sites I'd say its either being blocked or its your internet or browser. Here's another link to try:
