Question About Mods

I am trying to change the names of my players. I can't seem to find anywhere that goes into this in detail although I can edit just about anything else. I'm using MS Access2003. I can edit the random names but not the names of current players.

Could anyone help me or is there a file that already has the proper names for some of the teams?
