When I start a new game and I edited some stuff in the first screen, i click on begin and then I get a message that the game could not start. Run time error 9, Subscript out of range. I use the demo on Windows XP!

What did you edit? Typically this error would indicate that you exceeded a limit in the code in your edits causing that part of the database not to load.
Are you able to start a new game without any edits? If you are then you can start adding back in some of your edits until you are able to identify what caused it to go bad.

No I'm not. I tried just now, but I get the same error!

If you could send me your default league files I'll take a look and see what change has caused the error. The files I need are: teams.csv, tourneys.csv, conf.csv
If you are using windows vista or 7 you should be able to find those files here:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\GDS\Fast Break College Basketball 2010
If you are using an older operating system they should be here:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\GDS\Fast Break College Basketball 2010
Send the files to heavyreign@hotmail.com

Well it's a little too late for that. I re-downloaded the demo on the homepage and with that one it worked this time! So I got no more runtime error 9!
