Hard Drive Failure

I purchased the game a while back, but I had some trouble with my hard drive last night and it failed. I am in the process of trying to clone it to salvage what is on it. I had a question about licenses if they are unable to recover anything how can I get my licenses back to reload the game. I may have lost all my emails as well.
