Year Round Recruiting

I do not know if this has been posted, but how do you feel about having year round recruiting?
You have X number of avaiable visits in order to sway top recruits.

I kinda like your thought. I think it is difficult finding a fine mix and a good way to code it into the game.

TCY I think went way overboard on their recruiting to the point that was really all the game was for the most part. While I still liked it, it became to much every single week to deal with.

If I had to choose between the two models (or styles) of recruiting -
BBCF or TCY - I would have to go with BBCF
