Gentleman,

I have a game idea that I think could be an excellent addition to the GDS roster, and it's a game I actually have never heard done but which I feel you could execute very well and would work in the Text Based genre.

What my real question is this, I have the concept but I'm not a programmer, at what stage does a game need to be at before you consider it?
