What mods are currently in the works?

I've heard a few people mention they are a little slower in coming out for 2010.

With the exception of the 70's c-verse mod it seems like all other hype threads have been reduced to page 2 or further back.

There is a whole forum for these, which you seem to know about.
Also check out Bobinc's website, as he hosts a lot of mods. There are, at least, 5 mods that I can think of without checking.
sebsplex GDS verse, That 70s Mod, Remi's QAW, plus at least a couple of Real World mods.

I know about all of those. I'm curious about the ones in the works. The unfinished mods.

I heard there was a plan for an 80's cornellverse mod? Apparently this was the reason a few others I know didn't get approval for doing it.
