Has anyone made a mod that lets us play with real teams?

If by "real teams" you mean the real team names, look at the sticky thread at the top. It has a link to a mod with real names.

I tried installing it recently, however, and it had no effect. I'm still waiting to see if anyone has any suggestions for me.
