I'd say ask the Mods, as it's up them.

Depends on the MOD setup. Probably you can't. A hider would be untargettable. But he's dead.

A hider isn't a nexus.

A hider can't be targetted if he hides.

A NEXUS can't be targeted.

A hider is hidden as long as he doesn't hide behind scum. Some mods allow hiders to hide behind scum, but that was clearly not the case.

Since THIS hider wasn't allowed to hide behind scum, and this hider targeted scum, so he wasn't hidden, so he was target-able.

Also I'm a silencer now. Yeah. My role was that I knew Hertz was after me, and that I'd know if he tried to attack me. It was actually kind of a nifty set up, and potentially useless, because I'd get a PM when Hertz/Astil sent in his kill, and then I'd have to send one in reply to stop him.

Firstly, it's very telling that Astil has refused to clarify exactly what he needs to do to win, in other words, which townies have to die for Astil to get his W.

His defence seems to come down to, "Yes, I'm a threat, but you don't need to lynch me when Jaded could spend the rest of the game roleblocking me every single night." If we need to "control him" as he puts it, I find a noose works even better than a very cute thing.

Pretty much summed up my feelings about the entire phase.

Usually would want to use the entire phase but a lot came out this phase even if it was shortened so no complaints at all.

I'd rather have Astil dead on D1. Would have saved us a no-lynch on D1 and a scumless kill D4. But I'll settle for this distraction to be gone.

See what I mean about lacking substance! iMac does not post much, but usually when he does as town there is a lot of bang in his posts. So far he has been making Destiny-like posts left and right and I seem to be the only one to notice them.

iMac, Gabbo, Jman and SuperOwens are in a race for who is the scummiest person in this game in my opinion. I would not be shocked if three out of the four or even all four of you ended up being Scum.

Agreed. From a narrative point of view, if it's a psychological brainwashing they may be freed when the leader dies, but vampire bites are very much a biological change in the body. I don't see that reverting back upon a leader dying.

Depends on mod priority. If it goes chronologically it depends what's sent in. But generally I'd say no, they could switch the target though.


Good lynch on Astil, I've always wanted him dead. I trust Glot more so now because of it.

Destiny is a tricky one. His claim does not match the write-up yet we've seen no mention of a bus driver in the game so far. Even if we had was Destiny a prime target for bus driving that night? I don't think so. He was doing well, truth be told I thought he was playing townie.

It is my pondering that he is scum. It doesn't read like a PGO at all. The man seemed calm and even apologised for his actions, however insincerely they came across. So I have to lean towards him being a scummer. Maybe don since he didn't seem active last night, maybe he claimed early because he had Don town investigation results. He did like to remind everyone he claimed early on D1...

He can't be cult because that would mean he actually was Jar Jar, (barring some multi-layered weak town fakeclaim for a power-role) which the write-up suggests he most certainly is not.

I don't think it's a scumploy to trap Destiny since with the greatest of respect to him someone like Anti would be top priority for that. A strong player with a seemingly impossible to kill role.

iMac is very on and off in that aspect, as either town or scum he can switch it up but it is true that when scum these are more rampant. So yes, likewise with you, I'll keep an eye on him.

The others though? I don't know. Gabbo is a total question mark, but for a certain reason... I may be okay with him. See, you know who had an eye on him among others? Zeel. And what was Zeel? A cop, of a certain type most likely. After all this time(and the MLT matter) I would think there's a large chance Zeel must've looked into him, and he'd have said something by now if he got anything. Of course, I may be totally off course.

The other names... not feeling good about SuperOwens either but I've had bad feelings of him before which ended up backfiring on me. Jman seems to be going the vintage Jman route, could be harmful or genuine. Leaning towards town for now.

Lynching Astil, again, guarantees he can't kill AND frees up folks like Jaded to focus their attentions on people we haven't confirmed to be scum or town. Why waste resources and risk a life when we can be done with him? If you can give me a good answer to that, I'll back down.

Since I've announced I'm targeting hellshock it should be interesting to see what will happen.

1. If hellshock is scum then maybe I'll be role blocked by his buddies. Wouldn't look too good on him in that case. Of course... his scum buddies could want me to reach that conclusion and thus block me so I reach it. If he's scum and they want to kill me it's unlikely they would so since I will no doubt be watched by my fellow town members - mainly so they can check to see if I engage in any scummy behaviors myself. So if he's scum... blocking me is the likely action.

2. If he is town however, they could kill me. This would be the best case scenario, since it gets rid of a town member in myself and also makes hellshock look suspicious. This is also a fortunate scenario for the scum. In this case a frame is a good choice. If I get back a result making hellshock look bad how could I trust it? Of course, this could be what I expect them to do, and my ability may not even be affected by a frame up. The scum would know this as well, however.

It should be interesting to see what they do. :)

When you think about it, that phrase makes little sense. It's easy to go downhill, and hard to go uphill, so it should really be the other way around! :p

Truth is, and this isn't a joke, I've already decided that in the (probably nearly impossible) situation that the zombie apocalypse finally does come, my first move will be to head here. Really? I'm hoping California. I want to see a bunch of hippies trying to make peace with the zombies with the power of Bob Dylan... and then realize too late that the rock n' roll ISN'T the weapon you need to stop the zombie apocalypse. You need guns. And probably blunt melee weapons. Sharp stuff could get stuck while hacking if it isn't sharp enough or if you don't know how to use it properly. I do, however, want to try my Scottish claymore out on zombies. Seems like it could work, so long as I sharpened it back up...

Yeah I called him out on the first time and Gabbo confirmed with with it's misspelling.
