What popularity ratings do you start with in RTL?

Is it necessarily 0%, F everywhere? Does it depend if you start with realistic or future legend or whatever?

Popularity is always the same, 10% overall. All F's, but some percents in every region, depending on the continent. (I haven't played anywhere else than US, so this just covers the US)

I think overness depends on where you were born; my RTL guy is American and started at 10.0% in America, but 0.0% everywhere else (just Canada and Japan)
