Just me or does anyone else agree?

I have noticed this alot recently and feel it MUST be changed in a patch.

"Player X gets mount"

Now in real life the most "common" occurance when someone gets mount is to Ground 'n' Pound, however in the game 99% of the time they go for a submission such as an americana or armbar. The only time you see Ground 'n' Pound is when someone is knocked down then they dive in to finish the fight.

I'm not complaining, I just feel it needs to be slightly altered, anyone else agree? :confused:

To be honest I often see the fighter in mount rain down elbows for the finish.

I've seen Foster get Kikuchi to Side Control and GNP. Morrison always tries a GNP when he gets to mount 9/10. Foster is pretty much the same.

Must be something up with my game then because I barely ever see it :confused:

Yeah, there's a lot of subs from that position but I think that comes down to the fact there's a lot of really top guys who are top quality in the submission department. The guys who are explicitly stated to lean towards GnP (Foster, Morrison, etc.) seem to do it most of the time in my experiences.

Maybe tinker with the tactics? (not sure if they help in this department, though)
