Recruiting area issue

I sownloaded the available mods from Icy, but it created a problem to which I was hoping you could give me an easy solution. I chose Virginia as my team and the system seems to believe that I am located in Utah. My roster is made up of West Coast players, all my intersted recruits are West Coast players and it is cheapest to scout players from Utah. Is there an easy way for me to correct this issue

Try the game without the mod. As a player and tester that uses UVA all the time the game is correct where the mod may be wrong.

Thanks for the reply. I hoped that there might be an easy way to correct, but I guess I will just play without the mods. I'll just have to name those teams myself!
