How do you make a AD request?

How do you make a request to the AD, such as for more money or upgraded facilities?

You have to go to the Athletic Director screen I think (not on my PC atm). Your chances of getting it accepted are fairly low unless you've exceeded expectations for a few years.

I'm having the same problem. No button on AD screen, unless I should be looking at a certain point in the season.

I believe you can't make any requests to the AD? I believe that everything is done automatically like more money, upgraded facilities and I could be wrong.

Yep. Its in the documentation but there's nowhere in the game to manually request it - they just offer up the improvement when you put together a good run.
