Kurt angle had a neck injury and he came back to wrestle in the wwe..

There are varying degrees of neck injury. Just because one guy made it back, doesn't mean everyone can.

You can make it back from some injuries, just not a broken neck.

Angle's neck wasn't exactly broken, IIRC he "only" had a few damaged vertebrae, like Benoit had (and Rhyno).

Hayabusa..now THERE'S a broken neck...
