fighting spirit

Has anyone noticed any trends? Maybe if you start a backstage fight you lose fighting spirit points? I haven't figured out how you gain them though.

You gain them by winning matches, and lose them by losing matches. Not sure if there are other ways to do it, but that's the main way.

More appropriately, you gain them by winning matches against those with more spirit points than you and lose them by losing matches against those with fewer spirit points than you, in general.

In essence, workers take spirit points away from each other, back and forth.
