No, lots of people have had issues with it. You need to download the 'pack' first and then download all of the individual items (i.e. each superstar, the NXT arena, etc). Restart the game afterwards and they should all be there, working OK.

I tried that and it worked. Why couldn't they just make it so if you download the pack, then you get the stuff? That confuses me.

It's like that for virtually all DLC on the XBOX. Most games check for if DLC is loaded as it starts up, and then loads it up then if it finds it.

Also, need to finish Viscera... just have one outfit left, but I've been dragging my feet.

I have a unnatural desire to try and keep my WWE Universe as close to reality as possible. I venture out but always end up editing it back to reflect the WWE now (relationships/champions/ext). Dunno why.

I do wish there was an ability to "lock" stars, so they dont change but you can still have the universe kind of in effect. I just hate when guys turn randomly or even worse when random tag teams pop up.

I also dont like using guys no longer in WWE or injured, so I assign them as Free Agents of to WWE Legends (depends on who). And sadly that makes SmackDown! really short on wrestlers.

If you play the game like me it can get kind of sad how small and unbalanced the rosters are. And I have yet to any CAW's on the PS3 exchange to my liking. It really just emphasises I guess the youth movement going on in WWE right now.

hey, your like me try to make it as up to date as possible (after i fix the universe up to date it always takes the cpu 1 month to undo it all :p), but as the roster with all games are way outdated it always make me feel like i'm playing an old game.

On a side note: what happened to the superstar of the week and diva section on WWE.com?

I have almost all 50 slots filled, and mostly with PWG guys (Generico, Joey Ryan, Cutlers, Gen Me, RockNES) it's awesome.

I like that "one month" after adding the Nexus DLC, Justin Gabriel upset John Cena and took the WWE title. Held it for a month, I think it was, before losing it.

I just had Gabriel winning the US title myself. Quite a fan of his moveset, I might use him loads. DLC is exquisite, but for some reason, Michael Cole's lines about Barrett are so low in volume... just like Triple H's guest commentary in Jericho's RTW. Should've proof checked that.


The ONLY complaint I have, really, is something that isn't so much the developers faults: the swarm of 100 overall CAWs online. If there's one thing I could do, it would be to bitch slap people into making all CAWs realistic, and not one of three combinations that lead to a 100 overall. The only solution is to copy my own guys and pump those up to 100.

And, yeah, you can just play games that don't allow created content... but I wanted to use Big Vis!!! What they NEED is an option to allow others to vote if a certain CAW is acceptable. So if you bust out with a 78 overall CAW, folks can be like "eh, that's fair."

Or, secretly, make all CAWs higher than 94 actually super ****ty.

This is beginning to become a problem for me. I might just create sessions from now on with no user created content allowed... it's ridiculous. Everywhere I go, CAWs maxed up to insane proportions.

There's even this one guy... hacked the bejeebus out of his CAW, gave him moves like the Rock Bottom, the F-5 and the Stunner as strong grapples, though I think some finishers are available as strong grapples so I'll check. 7 feet tall and he runs faster than Paul London on prozac. For the most part, I've only used regular superstars online for personal pride and to give myself a bit of a challenge. I lost to him as Triple H in a ladder match, but we had a rematch and I stomped him then. No greater feeling. :p

I think it's going to depend on the system and what the current conversion rate is. I have a Wii and while it's certainly a good game, I'm not feeling like I got my 52 dollars worth (including tax). I've found the WWE Universe mode underwhelming so far. I'm not a player that wants to have to hopscotch from guy to guy to guy to get the full effect of what's going on. I'm glad the folks who are have that option. But I'd much prefer the classic Career and Exhibition modes than this amalagam of Exhibition and GM mode.

On the other hand, I love how the controls work. They are the most intuitive I've seen in years and I love the potential for pre-show interaction in the Road To Wrestlemania. But I really do wish I'd bought it used rather than new.

Not sure which console you have, but you should be able to disable it with the right stick. It is really easy to do.

Big Vis is UP for download!!!

My gamertag is the same as my name here, Comradebot.

It's listed as Viscera (his default look), but includes painstakingly done alternate outfits as Big Daddy V, Big Daddy Voodoo (AJPW), and King Mabel, along with an moveset custom made by myself (having watched countless matches of his, I feel this qualifies me. The pre-set BDV moveset in there is, sadly, slightly inaccurate).

I actually ran out of layers on his Mabel outfit, as it was the only way to get it remotely close to looking right.


I acknowledge that Big Vis is an usually built man, and that it would be utterly impossible to get him 100% perfect. However, I'd like to think I got him at least into the 90% range. And heck, his Big Daddy V outfit is probably his best (I made custom tats for it). This is still a work in progress, but I would LOVE any and all feedback on how I could still possibly improve on him.

It's been a long road, but I'm glad to be successful, at least this far. Again, feedback. I put more hours into this big tub of lard (who I love) than, well... any other CAW I have ever made. Probably more than some game's worth of CAWs combined. And alot of that was with this community in mind. Sure, no one here asked me... but I figured I could create one supreme-quality CAW for the GDS boards.


And now that I'm done with Viscera, you ask?

So...I got a new copy of this game for $35.00 off of Amazon last week, due to come in sometime later this week. I've been looking up CAWs and I think that those are gonna make the game for me, as I haven't played SvR since 2007, I think.

After seeing Comradebot's last comment about making Bam Bam Johnansson, it makes me wonder (and want to try)...has anyone made C-Verse guys for this game?

I mean, if you made the SWF guys and put them into the WWE, it be a fun little alternate universe, wouldn't ya think?

I was having problems with that too. All I can say is keep trying. Eventually it worked for me.

To any Chikara fans out there, I just uploaded my versions of The Throwbacks, AKA Dasher Hatfield and Sugar Dunkerton. Dasher's mask was a beast, as baseball-shaped masks with laces aren't standard on the Create-a-Superstar feature.

Anyway, the two have full movesets and entrances, plus two created finishers for each! Search "Chikara" or their names (not very many of those two on the servers) to download!!!
