New Touring Stuff

I am really stoked to see the touring promotion being hyped up more. In my wrestling universe, there is a global promotion that is supposed to be a Wrestling World Cup, which is supposedly run in a WreSpi2 style. I think this will likely make setting that promotion up a lot easier, as different people can join the tour each year to make the tournament much more interesting.
