How long does it take to get the CD's for these games? I ordered BBCF on 8/11, TCB on 8/16, and TPB 2005 on 8/19 and the CD for each. Have'nt received any CD's yet.

You need to contact Viatech directly. They handle all distribution of GDS materials.
