Issue downloading TEW

I have trouble in the start, it checks my internet connection. It for some reason thinks I may not be connected to the internet. It says if you are, click OK to continue (I do.)

I then enter all of my information and what not, I get to the end and click complete the purchase. All the while it says "NOTE: Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet before proceeding. (Use the 'Proxy' button to set proxy info if needed.)

Then a thing comes up and says Credit card didn't work!. Your credit card could not be processed! Credit Card failed with err = -12.

Now. Does anyone know what is going on? And can anyone help me? I know my credit card works, and I'm definitely on the internet as you can see. There are no problems there. What is wrong with this game, why can't I have it? I just want to play. Please help me.:(

Thats the TEW tech support forums, you may well get a quicker response in there. Also if you expand it to view all the topics and do a search you may fins someone has had the same problem and then you can follow the advice that they have been given. Stick with it though bud, TEW is worth the effort!

Do you have Zonealarm, or any other firewalls. 'Cause they can prevent you from connecting to the net/the purchase site. Check those one out, that you really have it all configured. :)
