There isn't a point for this. We have storylines for this.

yeah but in the storyline you have to have the matches in a particular order, and only a 4 team tournament or a 8 man single.

I agree with him tourneys don't really seem the same the current way. If anything there should be a screen for tournament. This would allow you to do something like run a tournament and do a storyline with a worker. So, you could have a worker that will win the tourney feud with the other finalist during the tournament and before they meet.

If I do a tournament I usually just jot it down on a bit of paper to keep track of it and you can put the final 8 into an unchained storyline if you fancy getting heat for it (that's really when it starts to get interesting anyway).

Personally I think the best thing to do would be to allow workers to be involved in more than one storyline (maybe divided into one main storyline and one or even several secondaries). That way, you could have a worker in a tournament and at the same time building up a match that's not part of it.

Also, away from tournaments, it's just more realistic. If I look at WWE or TNA there's tons of people who have one big storyline running for a long time and several small ones in between. I think the possibility to do the same in TEW would add a lot more realism to the game since you wouldn't be as limited anymore in your feud-booking.

Something else I'd like to address in this context is that Run-Ins (or even special guest commentary) in matches should affect feuds (which, as far as I can tell, they do not in 2005). That's one of the main (if not really creative) means of moving feuds forward in WWE, so I strongly think it should be an option in TEW as well.

Hoping for the best, keep up the fantastic work, Adam!

Run-ins do effect feuds in TEW2005 as long as the storyline isn't "unchained".

I'd like to see the tournament brackets brought back as, fair enough you can do a tournament in TEW2005 using the storyline but I find it a little annoying when I can't put a worker in a storyline because he jobbed in the first match of a tournament which is still on-going - even though he has nothing to do with it anymore really.

I'v deffinatly thought a tourney bracket was a serious missing link for this game. The ability to book a tourney as an anual event would be nice too, Ie. the old king of the ring tourney. Also the ability to book a tourney and just let it roll and see who wins would be nice.

Yes, please bring back the tournament brackets. It feels weird using a storyline to simulate a tournament.

I'd like to be able to have several storylines for different people, instead of having them only allowed in one storyline at a time.

This way you could begin other storylines using people that really are done in the storyline they were involved in, although that particular storyline is not going to be completed anytime soon.
