Worker Performance Skills

Now that they have been changed to a numeric value, I'm wondering, will their skills now be able to increase in that area? For instance, if Kurt Angle is 50% as a face but you have him as a successful top face for a while would that value increase? And likewise, if he flops as face would that skill detoriate?

Bah, I can't help it... Although I never thought about it till reading this post, I am just as curious about the OP's questiong, so BUMP, lol.

I know all the entertainment type skills going up will help a worker be good at gimmick's, but will it reflect (as ChrisPMWBenoit asked) in the Worker Performance Skills?
