Maybe I am missing something or this is already posted:

However, I tried to take a bad WAC team out of the league and add Montana Stateto the WAC as a replacement team. I just edited out Utah State and put in Montana State in the default league custimization screen. I entered "MT" as the state code, and yet when I started the game, the Bobcats were located in Bozeman, New York. Does the game only recognize states where a team already exists? Or is MT not the code used for Montana in the game?

Not sure where Bozeman came from after you changed it. You'll have to edit the database to change the city/state of the school IIRC.

The cities and states are in the setup.dat file. Mod it and you should be fine.

Only cities are in there..............states are tied to cities.
