Game play errors

Just a couple of minor things! When the computer is coaching games and they are down less then 2 TDS, they are punting with less then 3 minutes left in the game.

The computer also seems to try FG's in odd situations, down 14 with 5 minutes left in the game, and they attempt a FG and 4th and 2. Hopefully isnt not to late to clean this up a little bit. Thanks Arlie
