I made these for my own use, but if anyone needs/wants forms to create the various data for TEW07 you are welcome to use these. The link is to an Excel workbook that has a sheet for each of the 28 types of data that can be entered into TEW07.

You may need to play with the margins to get the sheets to print out nicely with your printer. Currently each page, other than Workers, is set to print out as a single page. Blue lines on a page separate multiple entries of the same data; Red lines separate various sub-categories of a data type.
If there are any questions, I'll certainly try to answer them. I will not be modifying the forms however, as they work for me. You can of course modify them however you want yourself.
