I'd also like to specifically compliment Msr. Fromage. I know he doesn't actually create renders so much as he edits them. But -Damn!- I love the masked charaters you create. I'm a huge fan of lucha and I never play the Mexican companies in TEW because the masks on many of the characters bother me. Your work is great.
Many thanks for the kind words, Peter. Although I do feel a little bashful about being picked out like that given that the other guys on the thread do the real work (i.e. original renders!). I guess I just found a niche in the market and I'm happy that you're finding some of the masked guys useful.
Am currently considering looking into using DAZ more and trying some original stuff, but I'm just really short on time at the moment. Not even had chance to play the game itself in the last 7 days!

Why hasn't anybody thought about my tag team idea called POWER MAXX, it was on the last page.
From my point of view...
1) Lack of time
2) Last time you requested characters (Arinori Inoguchi as a kind of Tiger Mask and Cheetah Boy as a Goldust-type) I did them for you within about 24 hours and you didn't even acknowledge them. So that makes me kind of think twice about giving this request a go! I might as well spend the couple of hours it would take me playing TEW instead.
As Seb said in his post...agree totally. We try to sort requests as and when we can. If I see one I think I can manage (usually CV related), I'll give it a try. But only when I have time. Which might be days after the request.

It's true that Taker and Clarity and sebsplex have all done amazing things. I mean in the last few days sebs' AJ Styles-esque render and Clarity's Kudo v2 are among my favorites in the whole thread.
But like I said (and maybe its just me) there are so many of the masked Mexican wrestlers that look slightly "off" (especially the renders done in the last few editions) that I was starting to think that they had run out of ways to make cool looking luchadors in Poser/Daz.
I guess you sort of "cheated"..but whatever. :D
You could do a whole set of nothing but "cheat"/photoshopped masked wrestlers and I'd still be a huge fan. If Adam ever gets the urge to re-do some of the lamer Mexican workers, you get my vote.

I did acknowledge the two guys you created for me. I've been using them in the game. I would like to say thank you for creating them for me. They were great. I'm just sorry for not thanking you sooner. I'm sorry Marcel & sebsplex for rushing you guys. I can wait on those two for a little bit, you guys are still creating workers as well as playing the game, as well as creating new mods. Again I apologize for the inconvience, but I guess you guys are taking my idea for those two workers under consideration. I guess. Thank you, I appreciate what you guys did for me as far as those pics go. By the way, I liked The Assassins pics. They already had a TCW World Tag Team title shot already, too bad that Batista & Bobby Lashley were too much for The Assassins & Daivari's outside interference didn't help either. Maybe next time.

Render #1:
*A man around 45 years old (so maybe some grey hairs, but majority his original color which im thinking could be Black or Brown for good contrast).
*Firm, Confident look on his face (not ****y, but a silent confidence I guess)
*Wearing a black button-down shirt w/ the top button un-done & open.
Render #2:
*A man around 25, same color hair as his father so either black or brown & kinda messy.. yet trendy looking hair, and a goatee that goes along with his hair color.
*Smile on his face, as i'm going to have him more of an open minded thinker than his father.
*Wearing a black sports coat w/ a white collared shirt underneath... top button un-buttoned and open.

Those are cool pics from two posts ago, they look like The Undertaker when he was the leader of the Ministry of Darkness in the WWE in 1998 or 1999? I don't remember, that was Stone Cold as champion for the third time & The Rock became a babyface for good.

I have an idea for a tag team pic. Remember a tag team in New Japan years ago, it consisted of Road Warrior Hawk & Power Warrior Kensuke Sasaki as The Hell Raisers. Here's an idea for a tag team creation if anyone is up for the task. A new tag team called Power Maxx. The team consists of Clark Alexander (Ice Man C.A.) & Masa Yasujiro. Clark Alexander would be known as Iceman & Masa Yasujiro would be Dragonfire. They would have Spiked Shoulderpads on. Iceman would have blue shoulderpads with spikes, as well as he'll sport a mohawk & facepaint. Dragonfire would have green shoulderpads with spikes, as well as he'll also sport a mohawk & facepaint. So what do you folks think of that idea? Iceman & Dragonfire...POWER MAXX. Thank you if one of you guys create them. By creating them alone, they would look cool.
Here's my effort at this for you. Hope it's alright.

Also whilst I won't fill up too much space quoting the whole post, thanks Peter. You're right in regards to Marcel as whilst he isn't rendering images from the ground up, his work on CVerse original pics especially is top quality. Making masks in Poser (as I've been finding out) is a bit of a painful process involving making textures from scratch, photoshopping and layering to actually get the mask looking half decent and the end results aren't always amazing. Marcel does a great job with what he does.
Actually that reminds me, I have a random masked image I used for practice...

I sort of figured as much. I wasn't trying to completely trash the newer renders ( although I definitely prefer the "base model" that was used for guys like Angel de Mexico and Phoenix over the more peanut headed base of someone like..say, Mr. Lucha.) But, based on your comments and sebsplex's description of the mask-making process, I can see that it would've been a pain in the rear to make a whole range of masked luchador characters.
Which is again a reason to appreciate what MF did; he found a clever way to work around the problem and came up with some cool new alternate characters. (c'mon..how do you not like Gargantu-Kane? )
You should put him to work on fixing the "lamer" luchadors ASAP. ;)

From my point of view...yes, I just use a photo program (mine is Photo Impression 4) and I edit layers together, having found pictures online. Just needs some careful cutting and pasting, as well as some recolouring sometimes.

How about the newer luchadores, the ones from the New Workers like El Bestia Purpura, Amazing Fire Fly, etc, are they also in need of a makeover?
Yeah, basically.
This is all going to sound nitpicky and I KNOW it's fictional data in an alternate universe, but here's my suggestions as a lucha fan:
First, Mexican wrestlers are short, but generally fairly stocky:around 5'7"-5'9" and 185-200 lbs. So when the second batch of renders came out for the masked guys, and they were all lanky, scrawney, pencil-necks, it seemed way off.
Secondly, the masks just don't cover enough of the face. Lucha masks are almost always going to cover the eyes, nose, ears, and most of the mouth. The newer renders are more like something out of Zorro.
That's it, really. I thought the first batch of renders were really great for lucha workers and it hasn't been so hot since then.
PS Unless you'd like to officially change Mr Lucha II's bio, since there's no way on Earth a new wrestler would take on the name and mask of another star wrestler unless they were related to or had been trained by the
star. Wouldn't happen.
And also unless you'd like to change the fact that Tricolor Jr is named after the nickname for the Mexican flag so it'd stand to reason he'd have Mexican colors in mask.
There. With all that complaining and making unreasonable demands, I feel like I fit fine in this thread.

Nice renders VBigB, they're all looking good. I like the bandana although whilst a skirt that more pertains to being a belt is always good. ;)
Also nice work Clarity, stuff like that makes me wish I made use of my Platinum membership at DAZ a bit more... ah well.

I dont know if any of you have read 8 bit theater, Ctrl Alt Del, Penny Arcade or VG Cats but the basic premise is a comic strip brought out 1 page at a time..
And i think it could translate to TEW... Opinions???

Well, a wrestling-based running storyline set in the Cornellverse using renders for the artwork (sort of like an illustrated diary?) sounds awesome, but like it would also possibly be incredibly hard work. All the characters..the different backgrounds..etc.

I have made a couple of Asian renders, but they're now in the latest CVerse update anyway except for a personal character I've made. I've got an e-fed poser to finish up for someone and then I'll probably render a couple more, especially since Adam mentioned being a bit short on pics for Asian characters.

I seem to be getting some bad clipping whenever I conform clothes to my models that have increased muscle's. Anyone know what I can do to fix this if it is possible.
Thanks.
I guess your using conforming clothing props? A lot of free clothing does not have a lot of morphs built in so they likely won't fit (even purchased clothing can have problems depending on what morphs are included).
I'll need to take a look at Poser but in Daz you can turn parts of a figure invisible. Thus if a figures chest is poking through the shirt you can turn the chest invisble (only works if that body part is completely comvered).
Another method is to render the image with all the poke through, then render it again with the offending character parts turned invisble. Make sure the camera isn't moved. Then use photoshop to eliminate the poke through by combining the two images. I have a fairly good example on my home computer when I get back on the weekend if you want more details.
I guess your other options are Poser magnets (I don't know much about them) and dynamic clothing (which I haven't used much either). Maybe one of the poser users could comment on them. I still mostly use Daz.

hey guys m gona ask for two renders for my NWA mod.
1. Shane Michaels, yes it going to be my version of Shawn Michaels(there is a reason why the name is so close when the mod comes out) i would like a young freshed good looking youngster. With long light rown hair. Maybe small sunglasses on and earings. And to have a very **** arrogant look on his face. He should be skinny but rather toned like AJ Styles. the is 4 you
2. Butch Vienna, basically a wrestler created out of the Rocky Balboa character so anything to lok like sly would be great.Plus maybe a robe on or a boxing glove on would fantastic

I don't suppose I could request six? I would be interested in seeing what you guys could do with the Clan Dunvegan.
If possible, I'd like if I could get separate full body renders of each of them along with one of the whole family together (normal street clothes for the family pic IF it's no trouble, otherwise it doesn't matter), plus of course face shots for each of them individually. Thanks in advance, hope I'm not asking too much! I also hope I gave enough detail . . .
Doug Dunvegan: Older guy, looks similar to Sean Connery from about a decade ago. Still fairly buff; in better shape than Ric Flair, but not totally ripped. Gray hair (short, plus full beard and mustache), Blue eyes. (6'1, ~249 lbs.) [Attire: classic blue wrestling trunks and black boots.]
Alex Dunvegan: Doug's eldest son, looks like Kevin Nash with red hair, but a little shorter; he also has a scar on the right side of his face (HIS right side that is) that starts above the eye and goes down to beside his mouth. In good shape and very menacing. Red hair (long, plus goatee), Blue eyes. (6'6, ~288 lbs.) [Attire: Kevin Nash style, straps down, all black.]
Edgar Dunvegan: Doug's second son, he looks kinda like Brad Pitt with long hair and is a pretty boy. Lean and athletic like AJ Styles. Blonde hair (longish), Green eyes. (6'1, ~227 lbs.) [Attire: Sabu style, blue with gold trim.]
Jerry Dunvegan: Doug's third son, he looks like a really buff version of Matt Damon with shoulder-length hair. Very fit, muscular, but not 'roid-ripped or anything; buff in a Triple H kinda way. Dark Blonde hair (shoulder-length), Blue eyes. (6'3, ~269 lbs.) [Attire: Ric Flair style with robe and trunks, but all dark imperial purple except with black boots.]
Sarah Dunvegan: Doug's only daughter and Jerry's twin sister, she looks like Ali Larter in the face but is toned like Mariko Yoshida or Sarah Stock. Very athletic, muscular enough to look strong but not enough to look freaky, since she's still pretty damn hot. Dark Blonde hair (long), Blue eyes. (6'3, ~199 lbs.) [Attire: Sexy but not slutty, shows off enough to get seen but not enough that she's gonna fall out of it; two piece, all red.]
Reuben Dunvegan: Doug's youngest son, he looks kinda like Afa Jr., but less Samoan and more Scottish, but not too much. Buff in a Samoan sorta way but with slightly more muscle and less pudge. Very Dark Blonde hair (fairly short), Grayish-Blue eyes. (6'2, 240 lbs.) [Attire: Samoa Joe style, black.]

Sounds like an interesting concept to me and having seen a bit from the other thread, I'm looking forward to seeing more develop with it. It shouldn't be too difficult to provide a strip that outlines a feud, although perhaps keep Panix away from helping with the vocab... ;)

I imagine Marcel will be the man to tackle this, though just to remind him if he does, there's a render of Payne's request someone where in this thread with the Matrix style glasses from poser if he needs them... I'm sure he's probably capable of doing it with or without getting them from that render, but thought I'd mention it if it saves some time.

Anyway just thought I would post a link to a new Daz tutorial. It covers some of the basic things I've tried to explain to some people about how to eliminate poke through (and it does a better job than I do). It is Daz studio specific but some of the concepts can be applied to other programs. Anyway since there are a few people here just starting to try out DAZ/Poser I thought it could be useful.

http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j178/sebsplex/TEW%20Diary/Vengeance2.jpg
It probably requires a little more post work since I've noticed the odd spot or two I'm not perfectly happy with, but overall I'm quite pleased with how it turned out. The facemask is actually texture work with the original mask from the Skull DeBones poser stretched across as best as I could recreate it. I may or may not re-render without the coat, since it covers up some extra tats and striped wristbands... not to mention I'm contemplating another tattoo or two around the stomach area. Thoughts appreciated.

That request sounds familiar. I have a feeling Marcel has already done it either for you or for someone else who requested the same thing. Though exactly where it is in the thread... not sure, but it can't be that far back.
Also thanks for the comments on my last render guys, much appreciated. Clarity, I like how your Jack Bruce render is coming along in the other thread, but where did you get the headband from? I can't for the life of me seem to find one outside of buying a whole clothing pack with too much junk that I don't want. Either that or what are you using to make it? I have rescaled the cumberbund (sp?) before to try and make that double up as a headband.
Finally, I'll have an unmasked shot of Vengeance/DeBones up by the weekend... I know someone requested it, though I can't remember who or from where in the thread.

Be patient.
1. your request has been there less than 48 hours
2. Your request was rather long and specific (see the first post in the thread)
3. I made a request five days ago, that was not nearly as complicated as yours and has not been done, and you don't see me complaining
These guys will get to it when they can and have a creative idea. They do a great job and its best not to push them.

you also have to remember that 3 out of the 6 people that make the renders are on Hiatus right now, so it is gonna take longer for the renders to come out.

Actually I had a little free time wednesday night and started on making a headshot for Edgar Dunvegan. I uploaded a kinda "progress" shot on it since I was fiddling around with the various face dials and out of chance ended up with something that looked more David Beckham-like before being Brad Pitt-like...

I'll resume at the weekend when I've got more time unless you want the render as is? (it's had shading post work, etc). I just wasn't sure it was quite what you were looking for.

Like Trell said, 3 of 6 people who make renders are on haitus at the moment and also more renders usually get done during the weekend as for me especially other than the odd evening during the week, I don't have a significant chunk of time to play around with poser until Saturday. It's like someone posted the other day in the middle of the morning wondering why no one was online or had made any renders that day... job/school/life, etc come into play.
This makes me nostalgic for my SWF diary....
Actually Scap on that subject, have you ever requested renders for the created characters you use in your diaries? Just wondering since I didn't have poser to be any use in the 05 render thread and your characters play such an intergral role in your work, I just assumed you might have asked for them a one time or another.

Something more along these lines?
http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j178/sebsplex/TEW%20Diary/sebstew059.jpg
The black over the eyes is a mesh style pattern I slapped on top of a trans map... same thing I edited to alter the eye and mouth openings.

Holy f'n crap! That's EXACTLY the kind of mask and body type that I loved in the first batch of renders and that's EXACTLY the kind of character the new renders should be shooting for. Very cool design on the mask as well.
Actually, you could use this as the base for pretty much any of the masked luchadors and just alter the eye-shape of the mask, the skin color, and the design pattern and you'd have a whole range of new characters.
If you don't mind, I'd love to use this render in my History of Lucha Libre mod.

No worries, I wasn't complaining. This was just my first request, and I just figured there would be at least a "well it'll be a while" or something. Not used to how this thread works is all, so I thought it was just being ignored instead of in line. So yeah, no worries, not complaining. There's no rush, really, and I know it's a lot since I asked for body shots, head shots, and a "family portrait".
Actually I had a little free time wednesday night and started on making a headshot for Edgar Dunvegan. Oh dear, I guess I did forget to mention one thing. First off, that's awesome, and almost exactly what I was looking for. Thing is, Doug and Alex are the only ones with facial hair. Basically, without facial hair, that would be great for Edgar's head shot.
Like Trell said, 3 of 6 people who make renders are on haitus at the moment and also more renders usually get done during the weekend
I'll keep that in mind, wasn't aware of it. Sorry if I came across as complaining, that wasn't my intention. You guys do amazing work, and I can't do anything remotely like it (though that's primarily due to a lack of money to spend on render pieces more than anything).
Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for a older babyface commissioner character who used to wrestle, kind of Bob Armstrong (http://www.obsessedwithwrestling.com/pictures/b/bobarmstrong/07.jpg)-esque. And if you really have time a son or two that somewhat resemble him.

Took the advice of sebsplex and took some new pictures that might make things easier for people. Once again, sorry if the quality is poor and sorry for the amount. But as I stated earlier, this are for an expasion to the CornellVerse I plan on releasing and anyone who wants to work on them can feel free to take all the time they need. I tried to get better facial pics and on those that might need some extra detail I tried to explain. Thanks in advance to anyone who gives this a try, it is very much appreciated.

Anyhoo, what I need if anyone gets some time is fairly simple. I just need a handfull of generic refs. If anyone has any that I could use for my mod that are already made, that would work just fine. Or if any of you have the time to do this, great. No rush.
Having tried both Poser and Daz, I fully appreciate what you guys do on an entirely new level. Thanks for all the hard work you all have put in for everyone.

Just re-posting a request from a few pages back because at first it was an insanely huge request, and has now been shortened to just one render [rather than four, possibly five I don't really remember] .
Any chance someone could make my e-fed character for me?
Short, brown hair. Brown eyes. Medium build. In a shirt with the sleeves rolled up past the elbow and dark jeans/trousers. If possible can his clothes look a little worn and dirty, as if he's been on a desert island for a couple of weeks. 5 o'clock shadow or similar [just not a big, hefty beard].
Much appreciated if someone could do that for me.
Well Slim, I only had one set of dirty textures so I guess these are the clothes he's stuck with. I know its not exactly what you wanted but hopefully it'll be of some use.

Yeah I have saved a couple of masked renders to flick around with and alter. I'm not sure who else active the forum has the mask prop, although I'm sure I saw someone use it in default form for a character who had the American flag-style texture.

Can we possibly get hooked up with a "Elemental III"? I mean I know that's what American Elemental goes as if he signs with BHOTWG, but it's still his default picture. If someone could make a mask that looks more similar to the first two Elementals, that'd be just great.

Well, I've just used the original American Elemental mask but tried to re-colour it more in line with the blue and whites of Elemental I and II as well as adding a slight difference. I can't really do much about the green lines, but you can just say that the next Elemental in the series evolved that tiny bit! Well the hair only works in Poser so thats what I had to use for this (I'm not great with Poser...much better with DAZ). For some reason I couldn't get the hair color changed. And his belly is obscured in the shadows so I may try that again sometime.

As a total aside, does anyone know who did the first batch of renders when TEW was released? Or why there was a switch?
The first 600 or so renders were all done by a poster using the handle Ketsueki Karasu on the .400SS board. If I recall correctly, his real name is Alan Gray, which, I believe, is how he posts on this board. This was all done after TEW was released by the way, as it came with no pictures whatsoever. And while I think he has contributed some new pictures as new versions of TEW & WreSpi have been released, I believe he initially stopped largely due to burn-out. He did those first 600+ in just a couple of months. And as can be seen in this thread, the second he provided the first batch of pictures, he was constantly being asked to "do this guy next!" without people realizing just how much work goes into making each picture.

A few more requests done
Tyler Gadzinski:
the only requirements i have are ...
1. Short kind of spikey if possible brown hair with red highlights
2. small kind of build
3. chin strap facial hair

hey guys me again with another request soz lol
i would like a guy who has a very muscular body kinda like Batista but has longish dark brown hair and a goatee. To be dressed in black with a black hat like the Undertaker wears. So it is basicall a cross between Batista and the Undetaker gimmick which makes The Wall in my game.

Cool. Thanks. Mainly asking because based on the discussions here and the questions Adam asked, I was wondering why the first set of renders came out so much better than some of the ones that followed.

To add to that, if I remember rightly, KK got rid of Poser shortly after he finished making his final batch, and so we don't have access to his lucha mask prop. That's why nobody has been able to match his masked wrestler quality.

Well, I've just used the original American Elemental mask but tried to re-colour it more in line with the blue and whites of Elemental I and II as well as adding a slight difference. I can't really do much about the green lines, but you can just say that the next Elemental in the series evolved that tiny bit! (ok, edited it to try and make the green lines more blue, but they're not perfect)

Really like them, I'll add it to his alter-ego profile for the next version. I think you've pretty much guaranteed he'll end up in BHOTWG somewhere down the line in a CornellVerse update too!

I've been using the first one for Eddie Cornell, since the other poser just looks too much like TC (well I'm guessing it was an earlier TC render anyway). The second is using some props that are actually intended for different character (i.e. more hassle to resize and apply manually).
Also a couple of quickie masked renders, nothing fancy...

Terrific! Thanks a lot.

Here we go, father and two sons. (the first along is the eldest).

They're all modified from the same model, so there should be a good family resemblence to all three.
And finally, two more of the Dunvegans.
http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j178/sebsplex/TEW%20Diary/sebstew063.jpg http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j178/sebsplex/TEW%20Diary/sebstew067.jpg

IIRC it was Trell. But the default looks very odd.
Yeah the default isn't great as the morph to hide the ears isn't used and doesn't install automatically which I guess is a big issue if you don't fully read the readme file as it's an easy enough problem to address as long as you realise the tool is there.
If Trell or anyone else with the mask prop is having trouble with it, I'm happy to share the couple of trans map variations I've made for it which gives different eye and mouth openings, if people don't know how to edit/make their own.

Yeah, Kataoka in particular seems a strange one to still not have a picture. He became GCG champion in my current game and it was odd to have a world champ with no picture. So I'd certainly second that request, although I know a couple of the guys have done some Japanese workers lately. Perhaps one of those will become the official Kataoka in the next update.
Anyway, tried Jack without a headband. Just cut and paste a bit of Nicolas Lopez on to his forehead seeing as they have the same hairstyle.

While Adam of course has the official say, he's generally been very open minded about this. One of the cool things back when KK started posting the initial Posers was Adam coming on the boards and commenting on how much he liked some of the pictures which were very different from how he himself had pictured the specific workers. And I'm pretty sure most of those Posers have stuck through the years.

I'll have the remaining family members rendered sometime this week, although I can't really render Sarah Dunvegan since I haven't got a high-res texture for V2 (in otherwords, the render would be pretty lousey). So that part of the request would really need to be covered by someone else.

Well since I have about 10 times as much stuff for the girls (V4, V3, A3, S3, ect), I could give her a try.
It may take me a bit. Overhaul season just started so I'm working 11 days in 3 days out now (12-14 hours a days) so I won't have time to hack away at it all in one go.

Yep. It's KATE CAPSIZE from Monkey Island II. I'm an oooold old videogame player, and a nerd.
Basically, I'm looking for a long red haired piratess-themed 'rassler-manager. ;)
The pirate garb is cheesy and I don't know, I guess it could be difficult to render, I know NOTHING about the details of the beautiful work you provide here :( .
So, if it requires too much time to do that, just put on her a bandanna, or a neckerchief, or a pirate shirt...heck, just do a complete character make-over if you want: I trust your judgement and aesthetic sense! Just stick to the original color pattern if you can. :D
Good looks, some charisma, the gimmick is played for fun, so make her look cute, if possible. Or at least don't make her too menacing...just a tad foxy, if any. Don't look at the fan-art in that respect, lol. ;)
Don't have much else to say, just... thank you in advance!

I don't have an awesome array of sunglasses still, so these are the best I could come up with. Also, I had to improvise on the hair since I haven't got a dreadlock hairstyle add-on persay. How's this?

The year was 2007 and the fat and useless NYCW veteran Land Mass decided to reinvent himself as a wrestler. The former SWF 'star' had been stuck in limbo since his tag partner The Big Problem was released. The result...a strange sense of deja vu amongst the wrestling community, although no one could quite put their finger on it.
http://i89.photobucket.com/albums/k225/MarcelFromage/TEW2007/Shockmaster.jpg
He decided to go by the new ring name 'The Shockmasser'. Whether that was a play on words of his previous ring name or whether it was simply because the entire wrestling world was placed in a state of shock is unclear.

With boredom and a desire to finish what Marcel started, I give you NYCW's newest tag team, The Shockmasters, Land Mass and The Masked Mauler.

Nice to see we're on the same wavelength, J. Why have one useless lump taken the mick out of when you can do it with 2 of them! :D
Bit jealous that your glittery stormtrooper mask is obviously better than mine though. Then again, I do have the unnecessary woolly vest on mine!

Sweet man thanks for this, another great render...its sort of like i expected but it actually turned out much better than what i had in mind actually. I tell you the very next half decent random worker is getting signed and getting this pic.

hey guys im looking 4 a render for my character. i want him to look like a young Rob Van Dam with a sort of blurry hippy attire in the same style he has now. Id like him to look more european , with long curly hair to his shoulders and for him to look more laid back than usual. Im gonna call him Dude Van Damne taa

I know it's been a while since I asked anyone to create me a worker, but here's two more I want to make a request for :
1) Remember when I had Iceman & Dragonfire made, well here's another Japanese to fit The Dragon Warriors / Power Maxx bill. STONE YOSHIKAWA.
with a mohawk, with Dragon facepaint, with purple shoulderpads with spikes. Yoshikawa will be known as BLAZE.
2) Remember a while back when I wanted someone to create me a pic with the Gene Simmons KISS makeup. Well, I found a worker to fit the bill & he fits the Rock Star gimmick. STAN 'The Man' MANNA. with the KISS makeup that would have him look like Gene Simmons (blood from his mouth to chin is optional), with the black & silver shoulderpads. Manna will be known as GOD OF THUNDER.
If anyone can create these two, thank you in advanced. Surprise me with the results of those two pics.

Not sure on exactly what style of goatee you were looking for on Alex, so if you were after one different to what I've used, let me know.
The moral of the story is; sunday mornings are dull.
Jerry's head shot looks good. Alex's is almost perfect, goatee and scar are perfect, just his hair is too short and dark; Alex has longer hair than Jerry, think like Kevin Nash with red hair (not cherry bright red or anything, but brighter than it is in that pic).
By the way, for anyone who is considering doing Sarah, keep in mind that her breasts aren't huge (thought I should probably mention that), more like B or C cups.

Sometimes all us renderers need some time to think of new ideas and just take a break from Poser/Daz.

Speaking of which...
My activity in this thread will be a bit more limited for the next week or so. I've got a few orders to do including a fullbody (which take a while to do all the texture and post work), although I'll probably finish a couple of requests I've been working on prior or post some random renders at the weekend.
Jerry's head shot looks good. Alex's is almost perfect, goatee and scar are perfect, just his hair is too short and dark; Alex has longer hair than Jerry, think like Kevin Nash with red hair (not cherry bright red or anything, but brighter than it is in that pic).
The hair is actually lousey Poser 4 hair which was mainly enhanced with post work, but unfortunately doesn't stretch much further all that well. I'll try a different long hair style on it sometime and amp the brightness of the red up some more.

I'll probably regret posting this, but there don't seem to be that many requests lately... ;)
And please, no more pictures Fatboy Judas-pants aka Wayne Rooney.

Wow, looking pretty good. Alex's hair color is perfect, and you captured his meanness perfectly (and I even forgot to mention he's a mean guy); I take it, though, that there's no way to make the goatee match the hair? If not, that's okay. Edgar and Jerry are, of course, fantastic.
You are right, though, that Reuben isn't even close, and is probably the hardest to get right as I've never pictured him perfectly in my head even. Doug is almost right.
Doug's hair should be just a tad longer than buzzcut. Think back a few more years of Sean Connery for that. I got a perfect link to a picture for his hair, the bigger one halfway down the page:
http://www.absolutenow.com/photos/c6534.html
For Reuben, I'll just attach a picture to base it off of. Reuben should look a lot like in the pic, but slightly less pudgy and slightly more muscular.
Sorry that these guys are such a pain in the butt to do. :p Hair seems to be the toughest part, I hope this isn't too much trouble. I greatly appreciate all this. I tried working with that stuff myself, and it was way over my head to be sure. I'm just glad to finally be able to put faces on the Clan Dunvegan without using celeb pics. :) Thanks for everything.
