Unless you convert one of the 2005 mods, then no.

Even if you do convert one, due to the many new features in TEW 2007 they don't play very well without further work. Still, there are plenty of people working on new mods, so I'm sure they'll start popping up soon enough.

Give cornellverse a go. I thought that at 1st, but when you get used to it, then its amazing.

Yeah, I second giving the Cornellverse a go. I never ever thought I'd play it, but I gave it a whirl this time and I love it. It's just a matter of getting used to the characters and the promotions and all that, and once that happens, it's the same as booking a real life mod. :)

Although, I'm still going to want to try a real life mod before I buy the game, because I think I'll probably play that more often.

Jonfun he obviously has given cornellverse a go and like me and and many others, he doesnt like it as much as playing real world. Its just not everybodys flavour which is why im working aslong as I can to get my mod out as soon as possible. Sebsplex is right though.

WreSpi 2 gave me a new found appreciation for the Cornellverse but, I must admit, I'm still in the early stages of immersing myself into the world. Although my real world games end up differing greatly from that on which they are based, I still find I have a solid foundation of pre-existing knowledge (dispositions, champs, pushes, relations etc) to get stuck in straight away. With C-Verse that knowledge isn't there yet and I find progress to be slow as I constantly check who is champ and who tags with who and so forth. Of course, prolonged play will remedy that (but by that time I may find myself jumping to a real world mod). Since we're all only playing the demo, the C-Verse is more than enough to get a grasp of any changes to the mechanics and after playing it through a few times, some folks may just want to continue beyond that first month.

Sure the Cornellverse is tough to play since you don't know the workers and promotions, and it takes much more time to book shows, but at the same time, the demo is just 'one month' in the game, so it helps getting more playtime out of the demo (let's see the bottle half full, not half empty !). But that's for damn sure I'll buy the game only when FORC or T-Zone will be out :p

I don't think CornellVerse sucks persay, I think for what it is it's done well, and I understand why it had to be created since Adam can't use the real data for his games anymore, but I'm not at all interested in playing a full time game with it.

I am a big fan of the CornellVerse but I also enjoy all the real world data when done well, for me the game runs better with CV but naturally it would as that is what it was designed for. Still really excited for all the Real world updates that will be released over the coming weeks...

I'm really hoping for a real world mod - or at least a beta - to be released by new year. I have kinda gotten use to ConellVerse having to use it since last Friday, but I'm still awaiting a real world mod as I find it alot easier to get in to.
