By night I do mean "night phase" :D

I know, but the fact remains that Destiny did not do any posting in Night phase 1 or any other posting except on one particular time that was covered by Night Phase 2. So the evidence doesn't confirm your hypothesis of him having Night Phase only posting restrictions since he didn't post in both night phases. Right now, he could be under that restriction, or he could indeed just be inactive, and happened to check back and post on one day only.

I left the board last night because I didn't want to fight. That's new for me ya know? Just gonna say this in open. I don't want to fight with you. I'm not scared of you, but I don't want to fight. I've been through that already on here with others and it solves nothing.



Training game. Don't see it NOT having an investigator. Just may be something silly like with my role.
I wouldn't expect my role to be in a training game.

Destiny has become a day one conversation in EVER game because he seems to not want to play the game.

Quite honestly it's starting to get on my nerves. UFC-King was the same way, it almost cost me a win in a former game. THANK GOD *self* took UFCs spot and we won for our little group of two. Our condition was to live through night 6 unless one of us died then we had to survive till the end. UFC was on the verge of being lynched day 1. I had to do some pretty fast talking to keep it from happening.

DESTINY if you want to play the game then you NEED to play. Ignoring the thread even when questions are directed your way does no good. IF you're town you hurt the town, if your scum your teammates are gonna get super pissed.

My suspicions linger towards Praque, Toasty, and WC as they all at one point or another seem to have really tried to keep the lynch from happening. If Destiny turns up scum, and I die tonight, those three should be checked out tomorrow night.

Also, there's no real evidence that Destiny may have a night restriction, as like a poster above had pointed out, it's only been one night that she's actually posted in and even then it was only a few, non-sensical posts. Now I believe Destiny is scum, and I believe that the Scum have done a great job of trying to detour the lynch to make time run out and make us get a no lynch...

I agree. He's starting to be another UFC-King. I don't see why people sign up if they are not going to play. It makes the games less fun for those of us who actually want to play.

Unfortunately not much. I got no result last night. However, I do find it suspicious that WC was trying to wriggle out of suspicion from Paws, and then Paws ends up dead. Also he completely lied on the Destiny thing the first night, and although he claims he was on the DJ hunt, the fact is that he almost muddied it enough after it looked like a clear lynch that we wasted a lot of time on that and he almost wriggled out.

I will say this though that you can't rely on canon as a crutch. For example, my character is on the "cast list" but what I do is rather different from what I do in the game.
He admits to being in the listing of the Wiki (which I've realized is not the full basis for the game, but it does have a good bit to do with it) and I'm sure there's at least one character from there in this game that kills... my guess, is it's whoever Prague is.

It's funny he says this because my accusations towards MLT wasn't exactly "wild" or "completely irrelevant" at that time. They actually made a good enough case that someone else jumped on it as well. The only reason I would think of somebody saying this, is if they KNOW MLT isn't scum. Which, in that case being day 1, that would make you scum Prague. >_> Prague also was dead set on changing his vote's when everyone else was interested in more.. common targets. He was the first to bring DJ's name into it, but he didn't provide any content and could not possibly have thought the town would've followed that. Therefore, I would say he was more muddying the waters at that time then doing anything else.

Another thing is, that Prague hasn't really given much information out as of lately. Not about himself, not about his ability, and nothing really to help the town. He's yet to post anything worth looking at (accusation wise) I believe, which makes me think... why would someone be so active, but post so little of content in his posts? Unless of course... well, I'm sure you catch my drift... you're scum.

This is all I knew when I made that first post:

Common GDS Mafia Roles/Abilities

Bomb: A passive ability that can work day or night. When the player with the bomb role dies they explode, killing someone else too. There have been many variants of this role for both town and scum including:
+ Only blowing up if killed at night (usually taking the killer with them, but perhaps taking other people who target them that night)
+ Only blowing up if lynched during the day (usually taking the person who hammered the lynch, but sometimes taking the person who voted first OR taking a random player OR taking a player of their choice)
+ Blowing up day or night (with any variants of the above described)

Bombs are a common role in GDS mafia games and tend to cause much fear for scum and town alike as no-one wants to risk dying as a result of setting off the bomb.

Another thing is, that Prague hasn't really given much information out as of lately. Not about himself, not about his ability, and nothing really to help the town. He's yet to post anything worth looking at (accusation wise) I believe, which makes me think... why would someone be so active, but post so little of content in his posts? Unless of course... well, I'm sure you catch my drift... you're scum.

Considering DJ basically screwed himself when he fell into Neil's trap, what better way to protect yourself than vote for a fellow scumster who has ended up outing himself? And you were wavering on your vote on him before the end so that isn't really good evidence to help you. What I do find interesting, though, is that the night before last what I got was the names of three people, one of which HAS to go out at night. And, as we all know, not many people HAVE to go out every night other than the mafia.

Out of curiosity, why DJTheFunkChris? Going by the thread so far, Cappyboy had voted for Neil and Toasty.

Pretty sure you're in the write-up MLT, plus I don't think you targeted Neil or atleast didn't get to him by the end of the night.

Toasty implied D2 that MLT was redirected from targeting Neil to targeting Toasty. Toasty throughout the game has been implying a "video gamer" style role.

He started off by faking a post restriction forcing him to speak in l337. Whenever someone mentions 'joysticks" and gaming in write up he's quick to claim that.

BUT with Neil's death, it's clear that in all those situations it was NEIL who was the video gamer, not Toasty.

Now this is something I find interesting. In just about every lynch that has ended up going against a confirmed townie (i.e. Paws, Neil) Toasty was usually the second person on the bandwagon. He was very quick to drop votes down on other players that I suspect are townie as well (i.e WC, MLT) as well as myself, whom I know to be town ;)

Toasty REALLY was proud about hammering Destiny, who turned up not to be town, but not really part of the main scum faction either. Honestly it is good IF Destiny was an actual cult, but I suspect he was just another indy (and an afk player to boot) so hammering an indy isn't exactly great compared to hammering scum.

Again, what is surprising is that against confirmed townies, Toasty is quick to drop a vote. Against DJ, who was far more suspicious and has had far more evidence levied against him then other players, he dropped the L-2 vote. Not exactly quick on that bandwagon when it was hitting his own team mate ;)

After the whole debacle of Neil getting sidetracked on me, Toasty has dropped things like this. After a whole tirade about how stupid it would be for scum to hint at scum, I figure this is a gloating post because he feels he could safely hint at himself being the Ripper without being called out on it because I had just spent an hour arguing about how stupid it would be to draw that kind of attention to yourself.

Toasty, as a player, strikes me as being a bit eager, a bit overzealous, but perhaps a bit arrogant. Being a new(er) player and being the mafia don does lend itself to feeling a little heady, especially after watching town run around chasing it's own tail for an entire day phase.



I don't believe lynching WC is the right way to go right now... If he is scum, he didn't kill Paws. But...

Again...why did they kill Neil? Before he was sidetracked onto me, he was deadset on Toasty. After I cleared myself, you knew he was going to gun after Toasty the next day....that is until he died.

Neil asks toasty what he was up to. This was toasty's evasive response. Again, a non-answer as well as a hint at a "video gamer" which as we all know now was Neil. I'm very surprised Neil didn't jump all over this, but instead he got sidetracked by my bomb hints...

e) He's being incredibly active without posting any signs of critical thinking or actual insight.
f) He's frequently fast on bandwagons vs. townie but was surprisingly slow to put a vote down on DJ despite being active during that time AND there being significant reason to vote. By all means, be evasive, catty and coy early on. Especially if you can pull it off and can play with other people who know your style.

And to be fair, I understand now that you were hinting at your role.

However, your "role" came up when Neil came up. You needed to come clean then and there as this is a very common way to catch up scum, is that they start hinting at a role that's already taken.

In a theme game where the theme is known, this is especially true, but in "unthemed" games, and this one counts because nobody knows the extent of the theme, people (like me, especially me) are very keen on picking out similar roles and going "really? do we really have 3 gamers in one game"

Now, admitedly this is bad form as that results in you second guessing the mods. Derek_b I still shake my fist at him as he put 3 Eevee's in his pokemon game, three different "townies" with the exact same role/name/ability etc.

Granted it was kinda cool in hindsight as they could each evolve into the 5 different forms, but at the time, it was lynchbait, plain and simple.


And unfortunately for you, even if you had full claimed, unless you had vital info I know I wouldn't have bought it. Your role is an anomoly. Every other town so far has had actual names, nobody doubled up on "gamer" etc. etc.

You were in a tough spot so unless you could have stepped forward and said "So-and-so came up scum" it would have taken a miracle for you to escape a lynching.


So now we have a suicide bomber, an investigator that nobody trusts, a roleblocker who can't roleblock anymore, a watcher who isn't watching the right people, a gossip telling us what we already know, and a vanilla townie.

My ability is the computer nerd, i.e. I get three pieces of information a night, one of which is false. And, maybe, by revealing everything we can finally put to rest who we should be voting for right now.

Night 1:
The Mafia targeted Cappyboy
The Serial Killer targeted Cappyboy
Cappyboy was an investigator.

As we all know, Cappyboy died night 1. Now, we can't know for certain whether cappy was an investigator or not, but - lest we forget - WC has been claiming ALL GAME that we do not have a proper alignment investigator. Perhaps, this is because he was killed on night one, perhaps not. Whether the mafia is related to the serial killer or vice versa, doesn't completely matter (once again, considering a game of this size having mafia and SK AND a freaking bomb sound more than ridiculous).

Night 2:
Someone got a new ability.
Someone blocked the scum.
Someone targeted the same person twice.

When prague claimed to get a new ability N2, obviously that one was proven right. Also, Paws admitted to targetting MLT both N1 and N2, hence the targetting the same person twice. This means, strangely enough, that the scum WERE NOT BLOCKED. Considering dragonmack's lynch the previous day, this must mean that who was doing the killing for the mafia was switched and that person failed the first night out.

Someone roleblocked the killer. Seems like a good lead to pursue, eh?

Makes sense in that im a "passive, reactionary" role...
praguepride is the FIRST person to suggest that someone roleblocked the killer and we, of course, accepted it as gospel. I didn't say anything because, as evidenced, that could have been what was true out of the three. Now, I'm thinking otherwise.

Night Three:
Dragonmack doesn't have to go out at night.
Moon_lit_tears doesn't have to go out at night.
Praguepride doesn't have to go out at night.

This is the one that really got me going. First thing that came to mind -- the mafia HAVE TO GO OUT AT NIGHT. Which means, obviously, one of these people is scum (or a forced townie, but more likely scum). Immediately, I questioned praguepride because I suspected him, but it went unnoticed.

This is also the same day phase where Neil brought up the case against prague and prague slipped out with claiming THE BOMB! Admittedly, as soon as he said he got a new ability, I somehow connected that with him being town. Don't know what I was thinking :p but now that I look back, that in no way proves his innocence.

Like I said before, at least one of these people are scum, maybe even two and my suspicions are directly on prague.

Night 4:
There are 2 scum remaining.
There are 5 town remaining.
There is 1 individual remaining.

Easy. Obviously the only indy had already been lynched. Otherwise, we'd still have an indy in our midst and, in a game this small, that's unlikely.

Night 5:
One mislynch will end the game.
There is a protector left.
There is a investigator left.

When you look at the numbers, it's true: one more mislynch and we're done. What I don't know is whether the investigator referenced in this is me. If it is not, then the protector is still alive, but that won't matter if we mislynch.

Has anybody else found it strange that ever since prague was acquitted, we've only been lynching townies? And that he very slyly threw out:
