Don't know how ambitious your plan is for the new game but if Strat and Action PC can pull it off...why not. Endurance bars for all players..

Agreed.

This isn't as big, to me, as customizable league sizes and the ability to sim games individually or be able to watch the entire week unfold in real time...but this is right up there. I can't believe I forgot it.

Absolutely agree with that as well. I'd like some 2d representations...but I'd rather have the customizeable sim aspects first. That said...it wouldnt hurt my feelings to have it all!!!:D

XOR was able to pull this off in 1985!!!!

In all seriousness I think it would be great for you to check out the StratOMatic model.

the overall SOM game with its cumbersome interface and lack of a true career/gm/franchise mode always leave me, well leaving the game behind.

but the in game 2D representation is top notch and a HUGE improvement over anything else in the current football text sim market.

My sentiments exactly.

For the Strat game you have to remember they are just making a PC translation of the board game.

Even though the animations are limited they, along with the custom graphics, are crisp looking, and give you something to watch while playing. I know I still keep the animations on.
