Timeframe for 1.4?

Was wondering if there's any estimate of when we'll see 1.4...I know that DOTT is waiting on it before release, and that sounds like it's going to be awesome.

By the weekend probably. I want to try and fix Scorpio's save game before I release it, but I'm fighting a virus (physically, not on my PC!) at the moment so I haven't been able to do any work for a few days.
