Different fighting camps?

Just to throw it out there, it might be interesting to have different fight camps for the fighters to train in between fights, similar to Team Punishment or Team Hughes, and they could have an impact on their stats/style. While as the booker you wouldn't control this, I think it could be worked similar to the style changes in the internet section of TEW. Any thoughts?

It's actually the Militech camp where Matt Hughes currently trains. You do have a good idea but I would like to see the time and effort actually go into the MMA then maybe the extras could follow
