Notes/Updates:
General - Upgrading teams in conferences are included in those conferences if they play a full conference schedule and their games are included in the conference standings.

The new tournament format is not supported through editing the .csv's

I've updated the pre-season tournaments to reflect the ones sanctioned for this year, but there are a few limitations. Its impossible to set a 12 team tournament (like the 2kSports Coaches vs. Cancer Tourny), its impossible to support the round-robin format that has become popular, and finally the game doesn't seem to respect the host teams for the smaller 4 team tournaments even though I thought I had them set properly in the .csv's

MEAC -
1.) North Carolina Central and Savannah State are both slated for full conference membership in the future (NC Central next season). Neither play full conference slates (although NC Central does play 15 games against MEAC opponents + a bonus game at the MEAC tournament against Savannah State) nor have their conference games count in the standings. So both are listed as independents. I strongly considered including NC Central due to the shear number of MEAC games played this year, however, ultimately the lack of inclusion in the MEAC pre-season poll swayed me that they should not be included this season. That said I'm open to feedback on this decision, as officially NC Central became a member of the MEAC (as did Savannah State) July 1st.

2.) Winston-Salem State has dropped form Division 1 to Division 2 and are removed from the teams file. In the default FBCB set they were listed as independents but were in fact provisional members of the MEAC last season.

OVC-
1.) The Ohio Valley Conference shifted from a straight 1-8, 2-7 tournament to a seed-protected version with the 1 and 2 seeds not entering until the semi-finals. I believe the closest I can get to this is by switching the Playoff Type switch to 1 from 0.

2.) SIU-Edwardsville is officially a member of the conference already but will not play a full conference schedule, nor have its games count in the standings until next season. As a result, they are considered an independent for this season.

Sun Belt-
1.) New Orleans has left the conference pending a move to Division III for next season. Officially they are a Division 1 Independent this year and I have moved them there, however, they are predominantly playing a Division III schedule with a few Division 1 games that were already scheduled sprinkled in. Accordingly the conference tournament has moved to a 12 game tournament. The divisional alignment was unaffected, however the league has moved down to 16 league games.

WAC-
1.) Default File had 9 team conference tournament. Last year they went to 8 teams with normal seeding. This year's WAC media guide has indicated a change to a seed-protected version with the 1 and 2 seeds not entering until the semi-finals. I believe the closest I can get to this is by switching the Playoff Type switch to 1 from 0.

Enjoy.
