Is it just me, or is it a bit easy? I kind of feel between a rock and a hard place if Lance Dickhead will only let me pay guys $5,ooo but I can grab who I want at their asking price with no resistance.

It should stop the $5000 cap that some people were apparently experiencing.

Adam, I installed the December 12th patch already. If I install the December 13th patch, would I have to start a NEW saved game for the fix to be in effect?

Short answer... yes, especially if the change only came in on the 13th.

Longer answer... yes, you should always be using the latest patch to ensure you are using the best possible version of the game, especially as at this early stage of the game's release there are more small, yet potentially important, tweaks being made all the time as the game is now getting hundreds of times more playtesting than it managed to get all the way through development. :)

EDIT: I meant "yes, the fixes will only take effect in the new patch". Obviously you don't need to start a new game. Terrbile explanation there on my part. :p

Oh, to clarify: I knew that the new patch would be needed for the new fixes. I just needed to know if the new patch would work in my current save game. Tis all.

Oh, I had no idea it got fixed. *turns on CEO block again*

I like playing with a block, personally, it was just kinda TOO difficult when I lost every at Mid-High level National.
