Out of curiosity, how many workers are going to be included in the fictional data that comes with the game? Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere. I am just wondering how many fighters a potential mod-maker would have to include to make a solid database. This in no way means i am planning a mod! I'm just curious to see how much work would go into making a decent mod (by decent i mean large enough to have an immersive game world, but small enough to not adversely affect peformance)

Hey a question I can actually answer. From post 24 in Adams Developer Journal on Aug 13:
All 200 fighters in the game currently have a full body render, and hopefully that number will increase slightly before release. The first screen shots will likely showcase some of these renders, as the artists have done a staggering job with the characters. As the game is set in the CornellVerse, some notable names from that universe appear; young versions of future BHOTWG stars Mike Watson and Raul Hughes are both present, as is PGHW's submission king Buddy Garner.
The aim is that the database will continue to grow and evolve over time once the game has been released, just as the original CornellVerse did.

interesting, so about 200 is a good total to aim for eh?

Well it's going to be around the minimum you want to aim for otherwise there wont be a big enough talent pool.

And how many people per company should a person aim for, you will have to excuse my ignorance when it comes to MMA, my missus banned me from watching bravo a long time ago due to its post 11pm programming schedule!

It varies really because unlike wrestling where they might be doing two or three shows a week, MMA fighters will need time to rest and train inbetween fights. If you want a weekly show then you're obviously going to need a large roster to maintain the balance of people fighting/resting, if you're only doing monthly ppv's then you wont need as many fighters because they'll have more time between fights.
If you really want specific numbers though i'll have to let Adam answer that one.

So theoretically i could let the amount of people in each organization dicatate the schedule and size of it?

Theoretically, yes, just as long as you're not planning on having a promotion with 6 fighters who only fight every two months. :D
Basically you're going to want as many people as you possibly can, if you've got a bare minimum you could run the promotion on and then have a slew of injuries throughout your roster then you're going to be in deep doo-doo.
