Do fighters develop based on who they fight, or just on their training camp? Is everyone affiliated with a training camp? Will there be something like how you could track a worker's skill progress in TEW?

This is the area of greatest interest to me in ALL sims. There could be so many things that modify development.

Why would it be limited to one or the other? Development happens on a variety of things.

No.

No, because (as mentioned before), literal stats aren't given.

Yeah, but i assume just like it is with TEW, you can still edit fighters during play, so in theory you can see how good he is right?
