Another modding issue

I have noticed that when adding owners and presidents to the database, the data check tells you that your owners/presidents need to have contracts.

Do I take this to mean that a president could work for a few months then decide to leave? What about the owners? Can they leave their contract? If so, how do you make it so that they dont leave?

You can't force someone to stay in a company in the game; you can't in reality either!!!

BTW - There is a thread for database issues pinned to the top of the main forum. If you're going to not use it, please at least keep all your posts in one thread.
