A question about making moves

I was watching The Ultimate fighter the other night and it got me to thinking how cool would it be to make a wrestler in the game that is the vilest person ever . he only gets in the ring to physically injure his opponents. But to make it fair I'd make it one move that with high level cheat , but I'm wondering is there a way I can set the move up so it would actually injure someone in match ?

Is it possible or am I thinking to much into it ?

As far as I know, it's not possible to injure other workers. You can get a medical DQ but the guy you "injured" will be ready to work the next day.

Yeah i did some testing and created a new move called Real Arm breaker , set the damage to 100 for the arm and cheat level high. Gave it to bruiser Brody and fought a match , and I got dq'ed for doing it twice. it would be cool to have though . a wrestler would have it in his movelsit but rarely ever use and when he did it would be hard to pull off
