Some questions here. How far ahead will you be able to advance book? In what way will you be able to make the fights? Also what makes the fighters decide to go down or move up weight divisions and does it happen that often?

The same reasons they do in reality, because another division seems more attractive to them. I can't answer the "often" part, as that depends on what you consider as being normal.

By making the fights, will you a) just book a fight and have the fighters accept or decline or b) contact the fighter or fighters camp and offer them a certain fight and wait for an answer.
