Simple question - Do worker's skills improve by working house shows? I figured I could make a brand that just does house shows and put my developmental workers there. By working 5-6 shows a week they'd improve much faster (I would think) than some developmental fed running just a show a week and a PPV every month.

I believe so, but they're libel to get injured working that often. I'd keep it to 3 or 4.

They may or may not get injured but what will definately happen is if they work house shouse 6 days a week is that their fatigue levels won't go down and if you use them on your regular shows their fatigue levels will effect their matches.

Just ran a test on this theory last night and this morning with TCW. I signed several workers who I would have normally put in development and a few quality vets (Steve Flash for one) and put them on a 4 night a week house show schedule. Focusing on Mainstream Hernandez and putting him in a few "test their chemistry" house show programs, here are the results:
Beginning of the game:

After 1 Month:

Obviously, there was some improvement in many areas, so I think this system may work. The main problem was that beginning a brand split drastically increased the roster requirements for TCW (I needed either 15 or 16 extra workers) to make them not look unprofessional.

Is that improving any faster than a developmental system though?

And why does it look like you're editing his stats?

And why does it look like you're editing his stats?
Because he is checking the progress in the editor?

I've been running a test game that was copied from my main game, and I've been running two brands who do nothing but house shows for about 4-5 months now, and there's some definite improvements
I haven't been checking them in the Editor, so I didn't notice the rise of 0.2% or anything, but almost everyone with stats like Basics of C go up to C+ and the ones with C+ go up to B-. Never noticed any of my newbies go higher than a B- so far, but still! Stat improvements without stinking up my shows!

Side related question: Does popularity of said workers go up too?

I've noticed a rise from F to F+, so hardly meteoric for 4 months of 4 house shows a week, but still a rise
