Having trouble with MODS

i have been having some trouble with the mods. i am pretty new at this and i have read peoples post on what the specs are for the mods, but i still dont know how to make them, and once i do how to get them into the game. so any help that anyone could give me would be greatly apprishated. thank you very much

Making mods is easy - just access the editor via the main taskbar, select Create A New Database, and then you can use the editor to add whatever you want.

If you mean using someone else's, they usually come as a zipped folder; you just unzip it into your Data folder.

how do i get character pictures and belts and things like that tho? dont i have to creat them?

Those are done outside of WMMA, you'd use rendering software, a paint package, or something like that. You then put them in the correct folders and assign them into your database.
