Authority Figure and Personality

So my question is quite stupid; What is the difference between the two, because in my game they always Auto Push them to Authority figure and never as Personality.

Authority Figure seems to get pushed before personality, although both would count as a personality. Once you have too many authority figures, everyone deemed surplus to requirements (if they can't fill any other roles) will then be pushed as a personality. Not sure that's very clear... but it'll have to do. :)

Personalities are the interviewers/Ron Simmonses of your promotion.
Authroty Figures are the McMahon families, Johnothan Coachmans and Teddy Longs of your promotion.
