Holding out for a loonie???

I just think it's funny that during contract negotiations, that someone with no name value, a contract worth 100 bucks a month, with a signing bonus of 10 bucks would actually hold out for an 11 dollar signing bonus.

Since my company is in Canada, I would just flip him a Loonie, and tell him to grab a coffee!!!
