I don't know if one is out there or not but this idea crept into my head. Total Extreme Front Office....

Now this could work in a lot of different ways.

One idea is as a pro wrestling agent seeing as TEW is a great success. Basically you can take the role of a sports agent. You create him/her from scratch. The game would be somewhat of a Sim/RPG.

You'll work from the ground up. Firstly, how did you become an agent? Did you go to a great, 5* college and end up with an internship at a powerful firm? Did you go to a not so great college and end up with an internship or job at a run of the mill firm? Perhaps you go a different route, you grew up as a childhood friend of a superstar wrestler and after said wrestler gained enough money to call his own shots, perhaps he hired you. After he hired you, you prove to the other workers in the business that you can handle your own in negotiations, incentives, contract perks, contract lengths that other workers began requesting your services? Perhaps you come from money and you want to set up your own firm or work Jerry Macguire style, out of your office.

Interaction methods, personal presentation, determination, charisma, luck, charm, intimidation are all apart of the kind of negotiator you are but you also are going to need clients. Working for a big firm can have it's perks but you won't get much respect being a sheep for the shepherd. You're own personal wealth will not be as good. Your ability to buy a home somewhere nice, grow a family and flex your agent muscle will not be what it coud be if you go out there and start making some power deals on your own.

Let's say you don't work for a big firm and you are in on your own. Well, you're not rich enough to hire a high powered scout to tour the world for high quality talent at a discount price. Scouting matches will be crucial and based on your talent evaluation skill maybe you'll see someone you think is wonderful but they end up being Boris Kiriyakin.

You'll have to hire lawyers, secretaries, scouts, accoutants, interns, fellow agents all to make your business the creme de la creme. Accoutants will be present during contract negotiations. Lawyers will be there for contract negotiations and in the event that a worker illegally breaks his contract with you, contract buy outs or you actually break the contract with your worker and he signs you. There can be exclusive firms as well. Perhaps the SWF will ONLY work with a particular firm and insists that it's workers find an agent there.

There are other sports you can do this with as well. You can even combine TEW and WMMA workers for a massive pool of potential clients and diversive elements to each client and their particular sport.

Ramaeno,

Love the idea. Surely this is something that could be built on to a pro football game. Using the same engine, but the agent could have access to a greater number of hidden modifiers that we as coaches can not see in these games. It wouldn't need to have it's own gaming engine, just run alongside current games, maybe in it's own universe, maybe integrated into the game that is running.
