Dropping stamina

Okay, so I'm playing as PGHW in April 2009. I've noticed that Nobuatsu Tatsuko, who starts the game with A* stamina (and is known as the Iron Man for his exceptional stamina) has dropped to B+. Now I understand that stamina would decrease with age, but it couldn't have dropped that quickly; he's only 38 for Pete's sake! Can someone explain this to me?

Maybe he just got lazy?

It happens, it's not like he now has no stamina, he just isn't the superhuman cardio beast he once was.

2.3 years for a guy in his mid-thirties already to lose his abnormal conditioning? I don't think it's too unlikely. But maybe try pushing him in ultra-long matches? I think that's the only way to improve stamina in a worker.

Indeed. If you just keep him in average 20-30 minute matches, why have superhuman cardio? :D

Btw Tim Westybrook is the true Iron Man. Nah just kidding. ;)
