Failed drug test

I've just had El Bestia Purpura fail a drug test while under contract to me. I don't see an option to rehab him or anything, just the usual disciplinary procedures. My instinctive reaction is to sack him - but am I missing something? I do believe in second chances overall, but if it's a choice between warning, fining, suspending or sacking... Well, bye bye...

suspend him for a month and hope he uses the 28 days as rehab, second offense is a firing.....at least in my book

i usually suspend them for a month, and set their status to "On Hiatus" to emphasise that they're in rehab.

I have, if i've actually wanted them to simulate the usual 9 weeks in rehab, left their status as On Hiatus for 2 months, then bring them back from it, and depending on whether i wantt hem to be "clean" i'll sort their Personal bit out.
