I've seen a few people have like fast simulated years in the dott database......I was just wondering how this was done?

Err... just clickin' on next day. There is no other way.

But no one says you have to click it. The people who do that quit their job... (in-game that is :D they don't stay home to click or something :p ) and use an auto-clicker to sim the game while they are sleeping, or eating, or doing the dishes etc.
