One thing I always wished was in the game was a Tournament option in the booking screen that allows you to build your tournament brackets, instead of having to do it as a storyline or whatever else means people used. But being able to decide whether to have 8, 12, 16, etc. participants, then setup all the first round matches, and decide what the tournament prize is. Also would aide in giving you a visual representation of your tournament brackets as well which would help in planning it out better.

Never thought of having pen and paper next to you to help you create the brackets? Just build it yourself, then simulate the matches. You're a big boy I reckon, you can do this thing yourself. The game doesn't need to do everything for you. ;)

I use my head to set up my tournaments, it's good to have one of those things.

This idea is not as bad and worthless as I think you guys are making out.
A tournament option (preferably one where you can set up the number of workers and whether it is an elimination or league/round robin style tournament if that is possible) could be useful, not just as a means of organising these things which is easy enough to do on paper or using your head or whatever method you prefer, but all tournament matches could add to or subtract from the prestige of a tournament title rather than just the final match.
As it stands if you set up a tournament, lets say like the old skool king of the ring, every match in it can be rubbish except for the final and the tournament title can still maintain its level of prestige, likewise you can put on a solid top to bottom tournament, but have the final match bomb because of poor chemistry and the title would suffer. If there were an organised, structured tournament mode that looked at match quality for all tournament matches it could add another dimension to the game.

anyone can use papper and a pen to do a tournament but the game and your fans still don't know it is a tournament.
