One of the most important elements to me is how easy/hard it is to improve a program, and how much one good season will affect the school's football 'reputation' or 'prestige' or whatever it is going to be called.
Obviously a slider from easy to hard would be optimal here. But if that isn't going to happen I'm curious about what if anything is in place to make sure that a team doesn't make quantam leaps after one good year or that it isn't too easy to turn SW Anthill Tech into five-time repeating undefeated national champs, something that is a major issue in virtually all sports sims.
