TV Stations with demographic setting

Since WMMA3 incorporates ethnic demographics, it could be useful to add a demographic setting to TV stations. This would allow real world mods to best represent stations like Univision, ESPN Deportes, BET, etc.

Also, how about expanding demographics to include male and female.
