Yeah, so in TEW2007 the Importing Scenario's feature was f-ed up. I imported a 2002 scenario and started playing it I got bad ratings for matches that were worth at least a C+. But anyway will the Importing be much much better on 08 or not?

The ratings you get are to do with your booking, not the importer. If you got a C+ then that's due to the mod your are playing and your own skill at the game.
